Organic Long Ferment Sourdough Bread and Sourdough Baked Goods!
Mother Culture bread is organic, non gmo, and traditional boules are made from 4 ingredients: organic bread flour, organic einkorn flour, filtered water, and sea salt. All “flavored” breads are also made with organic add ins, and prepared with the same long ferment process. Breads that contain oils are always made seed oil free, usually containing Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
All Mother Culture products are long fermented. Meaning that all breads and goodies are fermented for over 48 hours to help with digestibility as well as sourdough profile.
Lastly, All baked goods are handmade using a flour called Einkorn flour. This flour is the only flour that hasn’t been hybridized or modernized. It is truly the same flour it has been for centuries, which means it is naturally higher in antioxidants, minerals and B vitamins. All while being naturally lower in gluten. As a plus it has a true nutty buttery flavor that truly stands out among other flours.
